Although poverty has traditionally been measured in terms of income, the real risks of poverty extend to all aspects of an individual's life: sickness, illiteracy, ignorance and loss of control over economic resources. Therefore, economists define the poverty limit by calculating the cash income or the truck that meets the requirements of the family from the main needs of either food alone or food, clothing and shelter. We may find poverty coupled with the frustration of the hopes of entire generations and the substitution of a culture of poverty. Says Dr. Ismail SeragAldin in the book ((Poverty and economic crisis)): The issues of poverty, hunger, food security, environment and development are closely linked. For a long time, there has been a debate among experts on whether poverty is a cause or consequence of population growth, and despite a strong correlation between poverty and rapid population growth rates, However, studies have not been able to provide evidence that population growth is the cause of poverty, but rather has underscored the complexity of their relationship. The poverty of peoples takes many dimensions, including the economic dimension and its low levels of income, production, investment, savings, unemployment, reduced productivity, food and energy crises Housing and housing problems. The poverty of peoples has a social dimension, which is the decline in morality levels and the emergence of various social crimes such as bribery, nepotism, drugs, the usurpation of money, women, and the negative mutual, and illiteracy. Says Dr. Philip Attiah in his book ((health problems in the third world)): the higher developed countries have not disposed of those matter foci ((poverty environments)) where the population is overcrowded in an inhumane manner and lacks Their necessary needs for food, clothing or a healthy dwelling. The future of humanity is threatened in general by the increasing and widespread phenomenon of poverty. Because of poverty, many paths and plans for development are faltering, and the gap between rich and poor is widening, leading to the demise The dreams of peoples and nations to achieve a better human standard in which a dignified life is available. Poverty is a multifaceted human phenomenon, poverty is not only a lack of income or even a scarcity of jobs opportunities, but also the marginalization of a class of society and the denial of participation in decision-making and exclusion of the poor from Access to social services. The issue of poverty in the world is intertwined with many contemporary issues, all of which relate to development issues and different situations, especially economic reform issues, which lead to more poverty for the poor. The issue of poverty is therefore an embarrassing and unfortunate issue that is spreading and increasing in many states in today's world, in a frightening and steady manner. Says Dr. Mohsen Youssef in the book ((Poverty and economic crisis)): The issue of poverty and its social, cultural, economic and civilizational accumulation does not only affect poor countries and their people who suffer from different levels And differentiated, but they affect and spread in most countries of the world, which affects the future of humanity. We live in the age of global poverty with the advent of famine, the resurgence of deadly epidemics, the collapse of productive sectors in developing countries and the atrophy of their health and social welfare programmers. So, what is needed today? !! First: Putting money in its place, by spending money in a legitimate (charity, Alms( Zakat) , donations, donations, expenses). Second: The economic equilibrium that leads to rapprochement between the members of the nation and does not remain in the society is saturated and poor. Thirdly: solidarity in solidarity with the community and uphold them, taking positive attitudes and organizing social relations. Fourth: Integration is the economic independence and the restoration of the prestige of the nation.
